• We are delighted to offer a 10-year Manufacturing Guarantee on our exquisite blankets. Our products are crafted with the highest quality materials available in Australia, including some that are locally made, ensuring a durable and long-lasting Australian product. In the unlikely event that any stitching on the blanket becomes undone, we happily cover the manufacturing under our warranty, providing complete coverage for postage to and from our facilities. Please note that our warranty does not cover rips, general wear and tear, or damage caused by children or pets. However, we are confident that our blankets will remain in excellent condition for many years to come.

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your blanket, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return postal address. Simply package the blanket securely in the original box, a bag or a suitable alternative, ensuring proper sealing and protection of the blanket. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will issue a full refund for your purchase. Please note that this refund does not include the postage fees paid at the time of purchase.

  • Should you wish to modify your order immediately after placing it, please notify us promptly at info@timmyandbooblankets.com.au. We will assist you in determining the current status of your shipment.

  • In the event that you receive incorrect items, we will cover the full cost of return postage and expedite the dispatch of the correct item at no additional charge. Please inform us via email as soon as possible, within 14 days. We kindly request that you return the incorrect item before we can proceed with sending the correct one.

  • Full refunds, including postage fees, are provided for cancelled orders before dispatch. For cancelled orders after dispatch, a postage cost of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund, and the item must be returned prior to receiving the refund. You can expect to receive your refund within 3-5 days. If you encounter any issues or concerns regarding refunds or returns, please contact us immediately at info@timmyandbooblankets.com.au.

  • We offer free shipping all across Australia. Please allow 0-4 days for your purchase to be shipped. We are a business starting up and will strive to process orders as quickly as possible. For International postage, rates will be charged at the lowest available rate, offering the best delivery option for you. Please allow up to 4-5 weeks for delivery to certain continents. We are working to bring international postage fees lower in cost for you.

  • If your order arrives damaged during transit, please email us within 14 days of receiving the product. If possible, provide photographic evidence of the damage.   • We do charge a small fee of 1.2% for International (outside Australia) sale transactions.
